• Holding day date (30-day window), with guidance to cancel before this date to prevent points from entering the holding account
• Countdown of days remaining until the trip
• Reminders set by the user for important deadlines or actions
• Detailed breakdown of points allocation per night, including seasons and point costs

The software enables users to save and share their vacation plans via email, facilitating comparison of multiple options and collaborative planning with friends or family.

The Planner section caters to users with fixed-week contracts, offering manual input options for detailed customization. The Saved Vacations section allows review of stored itineraries, including point and season specifics, with functionalities to add or modify points used, track point consumption through a dedicated manager, and set or adjust reminders.

The Points Manager module supports management of multiple contracts across varied use years. It allows combining points from different resorts for multi-resort vacations and tracking point allocations whether within a single use year or spanning two. The system intelligently displays summaries of points usage, transfers in and out, and provides an organized overview of all related transactions.

In the DVC Resorts section, detailed resort information is available, including descriptions, addresses, and contact numbers. iPhone users can leverage the touch-to-dial feature for quick calling capabilities.

The Guide section stores contact information such as your personal guide’s name and phone number for easy reference. It also includes the DVC reservation 800 number. The touch-to-dial feature enhances convenience for iPhone users to connect directly from the app.

The Map section offers visual layouts of every DVC resort, aiding in planning and navigation.

The Settings and Things section encompasses calendar integration, app information, messaging options, Apple Watch synchronization, as well as backup and restore functionalities.

The Apple Watch app extension facilitates quick access to saved vacation plans and member numbers—useful when contacting DVC Member Services. It also provides a convenient means to view your member number directly from your watch.
